Who We Are?
Novembre was founded by Ms. Christie Ly, a graduate of Raffles College of Higher Education in Singapore. With six years of experience in the study abroad industry at a major Japanese company, she has worked directly with clients and supported international admissions for well-known universities in Japan, such as Yamanashi Gakuin University’s International College of Liberal Arts (ICLA), Meikai University, Musashino University, Asia University, Hiroshima University, and others.
At Novembre, we deeply understand the passion and strong desire young people hold as they pursue education in advanced institutions and explore the world. Our mission is to support students in preparing a strong foundation so they can walk confidently toward a future full of achievements and purpose.

Study Abroad Consultation & Program Support
We offer personalized guidance for study-abroad planning, including program and school selection, document preparation, motivation-letter support, and interview coaching. Our goal is to help each student confidently achieve their desired academic pathway.
School Coordination & Accompanied Support
We maintain close relationships with trusted universities and colleges to ensure smooth communication for students and parents. Upon request, we accompany clients on overseas visits, assist with scheduling, and arrange meetings with schools and educational institutions.
Event Planning, Hosting & Overseas Marketing Support
We plan and manage study-abroad seminars, school presentations, and education fairs, delivering clear information on programs, scholarships, and real experiences. In addition, our company provides promotional and marketing support for clients targeting overseas markets, helping them expand visibility and reach internationally. Entrance examinations for students can also be arranged upon request.
